Kenneth “Beau” Brands is the Co-Owner and CEO of Biggs Realty, a technology-based real estate brokerage serving the greater part of North Texas. As the CEO, Beau oversees the company's technology, operations, marketing, and agent development. With unwavering commitment, he has built a successful and fast-growing business with sales production on track to exceede $120MM in 2021. Additionally, Kenneth founded, "The Apartment Saver", an apartment locating company helping clients lease apartments throughout the DFW metroplex, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Lubbock, and Corpus Christi, TX.
While interning for a Dallas based law firm, Kenneth earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. As an Alumni, Mr. Brands has remained closely involved with the University. In one such example, Biggs Realty sponsored the Design Capstone project for two teams of computer science and engineering students at The University of Texas at Dallas. Kenneth had the privilege of leading these students through the creation of a proprietary artificial intelligence software.

My roots began in West Texas. I grew up in Midland, active in school and our community and plans to move to Austin. After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin with a BBA in Real Estate and Finance in 1985, my husband Dane and I moved to Dallas. We had two daughters, and relocated to McKinney, which has been our home for the last 23 years.
With an extensive network in Collin County established through community involvement and strong friendships, I began my real estate career in 2013. He lived in Taipei, Taiwan, North Texas and Austin, Texas. He began his real estate career in North Texas in 1999 at Ebby Halliday Realtors.
